Yea! WTF right! den now my throttle body inside alot of sand.. That guy told me will do everything for me.. now den i find out inside no air filter.. next time wont recommend friends to go that shop already.. But no air filter will it affect alot on fuel consumption?

This i dont know, all i see is bit of sand. Btw guys, i got a friend of mine wanted to sell away his R6 06 Black original fairing. Mileage is only about 16k. If anybody want can pay him 1.5k cash and carry on his installment. $290 like that for 4 years. He stay in CCK ST 51. Anybody interested can get his Hp no. from me. =)

No air filter will affect fuel consumption..cos our ecu will auto detect more air being inducted and adjusts itself to give more fuel..but the changes made are minor..not like PC 3 or 5 can.

Wat he actually say is correct..shops usually start bike..sounds ok..they take in. See overall external bike condition ok..they also ok. U very suay..

Wat i usually do/advise ppl taking 2nd hand bike is to do their own thorough servicing even though the shop say its fully serviced.

 

And regarding the sand...its a mojor problem. If the sand goes into ur combustion chamber..there goes ur piston rings, scratches to ur chamber. If u see white smoke coming out from ur exhaust..ur in trouble.

But am sure he got a big accident, cause the air box has break before when i open it up and see, and the airbox is glue up. Btw, if i would to do repair for the piston rings and scratches on the chamber, How much will it cost?

airbox glued up? tats damn bad man! ask for a change la better.glued up sounds not so confident sia.who knows if too much heat or impact would damage the airbox again.so sian bro but hope everythings gonna be ok.

How much it cost?? Err..its gone case!!

 

Small metal particle from new engine is considered harmful..sand/stones are much worse.

 

Regarding ur airbox..did i tell u that ur airbox is mended the other day we met?? Also told u that ur bike accident before judging from the paint work..
