needless to say about this.

newer technology are always better.

rxz's brake is also makan.

Oh Mr Know it all, It is because SP's master cylinder piston is smaller, thus generating more pressure given the same lever input. Try using a bigger piston master cylinder from a R6 and u tell me if its better.

It's something very little people know about that's why i wanna share with you guys. So technically speaking, a smaller piston MC will generate more force and brake harder as long as it displace enough volume for the calipers.

FYI, my brakes are more makan than rxz brakes after this mod. I can brake very hard and quickly using only two fingers on the lever with little finger effort.

I respect your experience and seniority. But please speak with humilty if you wish to be respected even more.

Tip of the day! Use SP master cylinder with stock brake system.

My brakes are SUPER makan now. I repeat, SUPER.

But im selling my rxk, oh well.. Maybe last tip.

Alamak bro, u selling ur bike ah. Was thinking to meet u and teach me a trick or two regarding chaning the piston and stuff DIY. But nonetheless, all the best. DO check in at RXK forum once in a while to say hi and stuff.

not as easy as you think.

need to apply primer and patty to cover up hole

than paint and paint and paint

:angel::angel::angel::angel:

yes painting is not a easy task, though looks easy. from mixture ratio for paints / clear coats .... application of final coat.

from what i gather from reading ard the net. painting goes like this.

1. cleaning / surface preparation (to properly clean the surface of the intend) to ensure primer is well adhered on the surface.

2. application of primer. need to coat evenly. ensure no "tear Drops". there may be a certain cure time for this primer and may need to apply the color coat within a stipulated time. CHECK your preferred product details

3. sanding down the primer. (i dun understand why this part is required)

4. application of the color coat. (see point 2)

5. application of clear coat. (pre mix type, i believe they call this a 2k clear coat. think 1 k coat doesn't resist petrol/petrol vapour well).

Note: prior to these "painting" which need some compressor(i dunno wat PSI output required.) and a spray gun with proper mask and safety apparels. be sure to do it in a well ventilated area.

this "procedures" are based on some read ups in found on the net and my limited memory and knowledge on painting. just use it as a reference. i do believe some time ago Gabriel also did almost the same thing do PM him for info. as he did them hands on while i only read and nvr hands on before, prolly he can give u more tips than me.

However, in spite of all these procedure, there is a very common method...... i call it "newspaper and aerosol cans" method,

1. lay newspaper everwhere on the floor/bench of your convenient location.

2. grab a spray can and apply your preferred color ( prior to this, u may want to remove your old paint by sanding down? or maybe too troublesome, just spray lah)

3. wait till dry.... apply the laquer and wait till it drys.

Note: though this method look like a local vandal at work, do try to excersie caution and safety precaution prior performing your artwork. make sure u are at a well ventilated area.

and voa la u got it. No need to go thru the former troublesome process. all of it simply depends on how particular u are on the job. if not particular just newspapers and aerosol cans will do.

Believe bear done it as well. can check with him on how he does it.

Just my 2cts on painting. do correct me if i am wrong. Thanks!

newer technology is always better(20yrs rxk MC and sp MC are abt 15yrs apart)

rxz is ALSO makan(i never say it is same makan as sp)

hope u understand what i try to say

sp MC is design for single disc

R6 is for 2 disc.

seen like you also same as me dismantle the whole engine out to do servicing.

thats good.hands on

wow i became a mr know it all already.

i think i dunno everything about bikes.

i will not reply to any of the question ask in future.not even PM...

Yes u can, 100 is the width, 90 is the ratio of height to width, 18 is K stock rim diameter , but why? it'll slow down ur acceleration n increase ur fuel consumption.

rxs,rxk is good bike to ride, can out run rxz if tune up properly.:cheer:

hehehe

but if rx difficult loh,coz it onni 100 cc,and cannot put rxk parts together.
