I'm planning to get a CG or a RXK or something similar, and do it up.

 

In terms of reliability and availability of spares, which do you recommend?

 

What the running cost like? Fuel consumption, insurance?

 

Where will be a good place to shop for it?

Get the K. The bike never fail me for the past 7 years except for some minor hiccups lah. Engine is bullet-proof. Parts is available everywhere in the island.

Bike can be mod into desired taste. Its is faster than the CG. Hahahaha......Eat smoke fools! LOL!!!!

Hi Bro Sab....nice to meet you guys.........sometimes its nice to lay back to ride a 2 stroke especially the K........hope to hear more from you guys......once all my required modification is done.... i will try to post the pics here...but it wont be much compare to you guys who have been to this thread for so long....i would consider myself a newbie and need guidance from u guys....anyway sab i will contact u for the requested items.........

Ok Bear sorry.. my bad. I suppose to sms u saying tat i cannot turn up coz from work and the day after I werk AM shift... sorry bro. Will treat u teh next time.. But nice lah the colour. If look closer like got metallic flakes. I always wanted tat kindda colour.

 

Maybe tmr, if u want to do touch up. Im off but got to go back work in the morning for some stupid presentation. I'll try to call/sms acap.

cant help you there bro. if the mech dont feel like opening shop that day he's the boss man. haha. maybe he had an emergency. his health not that good i think. sorry please ask him how he's doing everytime you drop by la.

 

anyone knows what to adjust to increase the intake of 2T?

 

there's this cable that runs from the 2T reservoir to the right side casing of your bike. you can lift up the rubber thingy and turn the nut anti clockwise that should increase the amount of 2T if im not wrong. or you can send it to the mech and adjust your 2T pump for a faster pumping rate (but will use up a lot of 2T)

u need to adjust the 2t pump located inside ur right hand side engine cover(The small side with three +screws) Open that then u have access to the oil pump which regulate ur 2t.I know where the location is but to adjust i am not to sure.......sorry anyway
