Want to ask an opinion...

 

I saw some rxk With the ala RXZ Handle...those two piece handle...

 

n some with the normal retro long handle..

 

Which one is much more better and stable?

 

N most importantly...which one Inspection ok go?

There is no such thing as 'better or stable handlebars' bro. With any handler, u duduk senget pun motor tak stable. The important factor is, how comfortable u want to ride the bike. The lower straight bar will hurt yr back, the stock ones are too 'high' tak style, etc....

 

Some compromise style wif comfort and vice versa. For inspection wise, as long as the handlebar is symmetrical n no welded marking, should pass wif lots of flying colours.

i feel abit shaky at above 90kmh. am using the RXZ handle, 2-piece clip ons. dunno abt the long handle.

Hi just got myself a Lao K

 

Find that the power is lacking in low rev but suddenly surge when hi rev. Meter spoil so can't really tell power come at which rpm

 

What seems to be the problem?

i hate slow pick-ups myself too. but bo bian, like the style of RXKs ;D

Selling my RXK

FB plate

COE till 2012

As i can say,

Engine 8/10

Outlook 8/10 (got minor dents on tank, everything else looks perfectly fine)

Nothing much to do, if want back to stock, just got to change the meter.

Bike is looking good and ready to run like a beast.

Going out for $950

any of u guys know how to make ur K is faster??I heard some ppl make their K can go 150km/h

Maybe rebore ur engine till the max.. i think 170cc is the max..

then change ur spockets for speed but have to sacrifice ur pick-up.. i think 14 (teeth) infront 32 (teeth) behind...

then get a speed bearing for ur wheels.. MAYBE only lah.. maybe the 'old birds' can tell us more...

good review by bro sab.. (",) well there's more stuffs that can be done... rebore can be done super big till your bike suck petrol like nobody business..

then you can mod ur carb for better fuel flow and make it suck more petrol..

block can also be ported for better fuel flow and more petrol sucking..

tyres can be changed to sotong ones for lesser contact on the road thus lesser friction = more speed..

change sprocket ratio to 16:32/34 for better top end and lesser engine stress..

pipe go for internal mod for nicer music and better exhaust emission..

reeds can be changed to boyesen/ racing ones for better fuel flow and more petrol sucking..

change engine bearings and all wheel bearings to high speed racing bearings..

all in all money spent on modification and daily petrol usage.or u can just let the old man do his job of transportation and enjoy the greeneries while you ride.. (",) cheers!

at least urs 110...mine..max is 90 only..which is soo sad...

 

check your carb settings.also open up ur block and clean the ports and piston off all carbons..

stock rxk can even hit 130km/h.. but u have to do gradual speeding.. cannot whack like ktm or sportsbike.. just alil tuning of the carb settings can do the trick. (",)

check your carb.. maybe got some problems with the main jetting..

stock handles will always be more stable and more comfortable to ride on.. at least one thing for sure i know stock handles can prevent major damage to my bike body when it falls.. rxz handles can easily turn/fold in when u fall.. my choice: stock handles.. hehe rilek jack..

Hello guys,

 

Im kinda new to this site, Im kinda glad this topic has been going on since '05.

 

Im riding a K-model now and recently i saw a 'k' with a 'Z' swingarm, ...I definitely would like to have that fixed except that i do not know if any shops willing to do the modification. Got the parts ready though.

Can recommend me any shop willing to mod that?

hi bro.. i dont think so it's a rxz swing arm.. rxz swingarm can never fit rxk.. the opening is wider.. what i believe u saw was the squarish swing arm which can be found in Batam.. u can even try goin to Lorong Bapok in JB.. some shops might have the 'modified' batam swingarms.. its quite cheap too.. abt SGD 180 i think..
