im planning on selling my rxk.. anybody interested? looking at $700 only..

domino fast throttle

12V electrical conversion

boss rxz head fairing

takasago excel asia 17" rims

rear disc brake setup

square swing arm

top overhaul done in jan.piston size 1.00.

finally got my k just now.. the shop promise to do up everything but fuel meter not working.. 'sigh' guess its like that..

anyway... can i check something with you guys, why the gear so un-responsive? i can't really feel the gear shift whenever i change .. so most of the time gotta use memory power.. and netural is mission impossible man.. gotta fiddle at least 30 sec before i can shift it.. and the clutch is super hard man .. biting point is little little bit only ...

speed and be home 5 mins early or 7 days late.

hmm..fuel meter..hahaz..sooner or later u will noe once u feel the "underpower" u bend down n turn the fuel gauge to neutral n that is where u need to refuel..lolz

 

hard to change gear...hmm..dunnoe bout dis..myb the senious out here can help

 

bitting point..u can adjust at the "knob" near the clutch lever.

i did try a bit just now.. but is it the bigger ring or the smaller knob ah ?

bigger ring! haha as for fuel gauge, the best way is really by agaration(estimation). hahaha it nv fails me.

What goes around comes around.

 

U farking drivers should open ur farking eyes when u drive, all careful innocent bikers buang becos of u!

That's a normal thing bro. Still remember my first K. Gear change have to use memory power. And Neutral so difficult. And to make matter worse I dun even have a N light on my meter as its a mod meter. And fuel also no indication. As time past bro, as u learn more bout ur K, u'll get use to it. Now I can change to N just by 'feeling', and fuel its all like what the guys said, agar-ration.

 

U estimate full tank how many and how far can it go. As for me my full tank is about 8L. Per litre can go estimated 32-35km. u can use:

 

1) calculation and use ur milage meter as an idication.

 

2) 'feeling'. LOL. As u bike gets heavier and the rev gets heavier and starts to jerk, it means ur fuel finishing. Turn ur petc0ck to Reserve and it hold estimated 1L or fuel. 1L can bring u far to look for petrol station.

most likely must change clutch cable loh.. most likely rusty. maybe around $18+ can call me after 10 i should be home. what time you going united?

Maybe just change EO (engine oil) then should be ok.

i dun think clutch plate, according to my mech (JS) K clutch plate bulletproof, almost indestructible. Maybe its the cable?

My fuel gauge not working too. My bike seems so easy to know when its about time to petrol. When bike dies and yu throttle it on again. It's time to hit reserve and search for a petrol station. If it got stuck halfway thru expressway, then good luck to me. HAHA!
