id just did e overhaul..

it costs me arnd 400 dollars to change evertng..

from gaskets to pistons to bearings to everthing

did dat in Everbright which is located near payalebar.

im so happy she's back.

hey guys. need tips. i've just received a rxs. but i need to do a complete overhaul. even the fork must change. so i need to know where's the best place to do it. with good workmanship please. please do pm me or just post it here.

 

if possible provide address and expected price... thanks in advance...

The other time I fixed my fork, oil seal, replacing of brake pad and re-wiring for my RXS at Hamilton Rd there (you won't miss that bike shop once you get to hamilton rd), he charged me around 120 bucks. I don't know if that's an ok price but I think he's quite good at such bikes. A nice and very helpful uncle haha.

ermm.. shops normally jack up the prices or something..

 

u can never get it for $500-700 in a shop.. chances are very rare..

 

and if have, condition should be really bad.. and u might end up spending more on repairs..

 

the most important question is wat is ur budget??

 

there are 2 type of thinking

 

1) i buy the bike cheap and nvm if i have to spend on repairs

2) i pay abit more but have a peace of mind cos bike is good in condition

 

i know of one guy who wants to sell.. but if your looking for dirt cheap... i am sorry i cant help u..
