Buy ANY malaysian car, and you will be in for heartache, definitely not so soon, but after a couple of years, when it starts to rattle and shake and suck money, you will kick yourself. They are flying tin-cans imho, do you think your life is worth that little? Buy a PROPER car, 2nd hand will still serve you better and keep you safer than any of our neighbour's cars.

Also, it's like the Maybank credit card, no one wants to be seen dead using that ugly yellow card. Yucks.

hi...looking at your statement i wonder how old are you..cars are categorized in many categories...the normal n high end n the super high end..though it may be a msian made car but that doesnt mean its not a proper car..it still shelters its passengers and gets from point A to B..any car will face wear n tear and whatever as time passes..not only msian madce cars..before you jump to conclusion, i dont drive kelisa but a japanese car..me commenting on your statement is coz i find your statement here quite pointless and to a certain extent ridiculous..people buy cars according to their comfort financially and needs..and hpw dangerous a car is really depends on the driver behind the wheels..give you a lambo drive like F*** also may end up dead..so please dont condemn anything before you think of reasons of people's choices..:sian:

wheres my siggy?!?!

For your info, the Maybank card is not the ugly yellow card.. it comes in many colours; even platinum.. I know because I OWN ONE!.. credit card all the same; use now pay later, user' responsibility to setle the due process... if you are a bike tourer who rides NSH, YOU wud noe its one of the cards which ofers more recognition & benefits if used in Malaysia..

People buys cars for many reason; M'sian made.. China made.. korean made... japanese made.. Euro made... all the same as Singaporeans paying more $$ to use cars compare with rest of of the world... Some drivers use M'sian cars cuz its cheaper to maintain as service and parts an get from across the bridge easy.. Not all buggers can own ur 'standard' kind of car. to own one in singapore is a priviledge! NOT A RIGHT!... btw, ur view abt m'sian car is very 'short-sighted'.. How many type cars have u driven?..

Chill guys...

Good or bad car? I've been in this automotive industry for years and learnt that there is only suitable and unsuitable cars. Every car/bike had been specifically design to win a targeted group of market. To the manufacturer, if my tin can junk car can out sell your high tech machine; it will be a good car.

I personally do not like most Asian makes not because they are no good. But I am a customer who falls under a different category of market. The Asian make cars just simply cannot satisfy what I want. So it's just simple as that, a basic supply and demand principle. But technologically wise, given the price of many Asian makes, a lot of them are rather good. Of course, being technologically advanced, are you willing to pay $$$... again, it's about supply and demand(our wants).
