as far as i koe, JB got C.F stuffs for X-1

like front mud guard, dashboard, exhuast guard, etc etc...

but all are C.F LOOK...

it'll cost u ard SGD$120-150

There are 2 sorts of real carbon fibre available. The first is carbon fibre cloth place in a mould with eproxy. The second is the short cut which is laying carbon fibre cloth over the fairing and applying eproxy over it. The second method is much cheaper cos there is no need to produce a mould. Unfortunately, the first method is only for big bikes. Attached is a pic which shows you the end results for the second method. Just to do the plastic under your seat and the console will set you back by about $180. If you can tell approx how many square cm of plastic you want to wrap up i can give you a rough estimate.

how much does it cost?

cos previous owner drill 2 hole to put speaker.

Nw speaker taken out but the hole still there, damn ugly!

just go buy parts urself and fix up,faster and cheaper then u send to shop..:smile:

I have a question concerning fairings. I have a middle basket fixed on my wave. After about 3 months of riding, I noticed that on the right side of the fairing there's a couple of punctured marks. I learnt that the basket is the cause of these. My question is:-

 

1) Is there any way of patching up the fairing should I remove the basket without replacing the whole fairing.

 

2) If really need to replace the fairing, can I purchase just 1 side?

 

3) What is the cost of the fairing/s?

 

Please help. Thanks!!!
