Anyone knows what's the average prices for 2nd hand Daelim Daystar 125 / 150 from CKA? Does CKA give warranty for the 2nd bikes? Thinking of getting one...

Thanks in advance

Yeah, planning to make a trip to Kaki Bukit to check out the bikes. Just wanna get an idea of the prices for 2nd hand Daystar from those who had brought from CKA before.

Anyone know the price difference of a new Daystar 150 as compared to a 2nd hand one from CKA?

second hand 150 still quite ex, cause still quite new. why don't you take a look at eugene's bike on the garage sale? but his is 125, 125 is enough la actually the 150 is like only 143cc or something not much diff. last time a friend bout a new one, costed him 7.9 bike cost, can buy old st11 liao! oh yea got this guy looking for someone to take over his 150 daystar also.

Thanks, will check out the ones on sale at SBF.

Just went to the Korean Daelim website to have a look. The listed price for new Daystar 150 is just 2,650,000 won (roughly $4000 SGD)! Wow, that's quite a big price difference with $7.9K that sold from CKA...

You got to take into consideration of the import tax too. Is the $7.9k already inclusive of the insurance and road tax? Anyway, my advise to you if you ain't going to keep this motorbike for long term, better go for private seller or go for other alternatives e.g. Honda Phantom for easy let off when you plan to upgrade. Unless, you plan to keep the motorbike long enough to near scaping it off, the price isn't much different comparing to other brand new cruisers e.g. Honda Phantom, Hyosung Aquila etc.
