Would appreciate inputs from fellow riders/readers of fiction.

I enjoy books by Clive Cussler, Chris Ryan, Arthur C. Clarke, Dan Brown and Matt Dickensen. Off hand i remember these authors.

Can anyone reccomend a good author who writes action/suspense books with a touch of millitary or espionage, but not too heavy like Tom Clancy? Cussler and Ryan would be a good example.

Thumped through the library for an hour yesterday but walked away with a so so book...

P-plate should be an attitude to safety and riding. There's always more to learn.

Clancy's is a little too heavy until sometimes it gets boring. Cussler focuses more on the action and suspense. While Chris Ryan blends a lot of British SAS warfare into espionage. anyone read books from any authors with a writing style that resembles these 2? I've got a month of hols to kill, and work + tours won't do. Could u shed more light on Douglas Lee? Like what kinda stuff he writes. Action? Suspense? Millitary fiction? Special forces ops?

Lee Child is a good not to heavy read with a bit of action - I've read all 11. I also enjoy Jeffery Deaver have read about 9 of his this year. James Patterson and John Sandford are also a good reads.

Bishan Library has a very good selectionb of Fiction on level 3.
