Ah Ah, last use before 300v 15w 50 is motul 7100 10w40,

now I use OWS800 10w40, so far so good,

i'm goin to try either amsoil v-twin fully-syn 10w40 or bel ray v-twin semi-syn 10w40 on my next oil change...

 

juz went into my regular motortiam in jb last nite to change EO used motul ester 10w40 so far so gd, furthermore the price is damn solid after the convert of exchange rate. Wat abt gear oil hw many ml is needed?

arr, my overheat lamp lighted up after a series of jam, is it normal?

overheat lamp lighted up may mean a few things,

like low coolant level, fan sploit, etc...

a. when was the last time you check your coolant level ?

Look at the reservoir tank, if it is empty, top it up,

chances are it's low on coolant. Use silicate free coolant.

b.Did your fan kick in when it's at 'hot' range?

yeah i checked the coolant water when the lamp lighted and still got a lot but can see coolant leaking out from the hose.. now my bike in HKL for them to troubleshoot..they say most likely is thermostate or radiator cap faulty hope the damages will not be great:) else i gonna faint haha will know the result tomorrow..

you mean its leaking from the hose?

if that's the case, hope that a change of hose will suffice

when u guys bring ur deauville to HKL for service/repairs which unit u all go to coz i understd they hv a total of 3 units there. 1 is beside juzz wheel another 1 directly opp & 1 more dat does dyno (used to be Unity Motor)

for me I go to the shop does Dyno, the guy who does it for me is ah 满(man') big size guy

heh yeah 'ah man' troubleshoot for me changed thermostat, raidator cap and the 5 hose plus engine ice coolant. while riding back home met with traffic jam again but this time can really feel the diff... its not as hot as before
