Sorry bro but I'm confused. Autobacs at Ubi for the Bracket for what holder? Changi V bike shop for bottle holder. Sengkwang metal industries for IU mount right? How much does it cost though, heard their stuffs are quite expensive but good quality.

As for the bottle holder, I'll head over on monday then. Oh, do you have the address for the Changi V bike shop? I rarely been to Changi V so I'm afraid that I might get lost. Thanks!

Just a small favor from u guys, I'm actually cracking my head on whether to upgrade to a bigger bike or just stick to my GSR 400.. Bought it 1st hand, it has been about 2yrs plus.. Same time was thinking, is 1000cc abit too much for spore road with all those traffic lights and jam! And also can someone tell if fixing the arrow mid pipe will make any difference to the performance or sound as im using the yoshi pipe. Bike-Tech at dunlop st is selling the mid-pipe and quote me 320 or lesser for it. He also said if 3 or more order den it wld cheaper. Thanks my fellow GSRians!! Cheers!!

For upgrade, it actually depends on you. Its quite biased to ask as those who upgrades will say upgrade is an option and those that are satisfied, will say 400cc is enough for Singapore road.

 

The higher the CC, comes more responsibilities in terms of money and time to get it going. Everything costs more. It you have the passion and moni...y not.

 

In the end, it still boils down on you.

Same thinking as me, my answer is stay in gsr. lol

 

firstly i do go for touring, but most touring groups travel about 140-160 which our bike can do well enough..

 

class 2 bike more ex, i count liao, if i upgrade to fz1, maybe i still have to pay 10k like that, (think of it 10k leh can do alot of things) lol

 

i will be fixing leo vince pipe.( just now i already hear the sound and saw it, i love it, thur will be fixing)

 

Plus i also love the Gsr Looks, one of a kind

 

Hope this helps you.( this is just my thinking lol, but if u got alot of spare cash, why not? upgrade to class 2 LOl)

Reason for selling, wana down grade my spending even selling my Piaggio Mp3 to get Bajaj Pulsa 200cc. Miss e fuel mileage for e bike.

 

Don't worry I don bite, n why isit this cheap is because e bike shop is willing to take back e bike for 15k. Was hoping to sell it so that riders out there can experience Duke at a affordable price, e extra 1k is for me to early settlement with e bike shop. So not to worry after e transfer e bike is Loan free n it's urs.

Actually comtemplating to fix that pelican..look stylo too..but how about fixing adjacently..will it look better?

hi everyone i nid some hlp from u guys. today when i was planning to remove metal piece at the side of the pillon foot rest for cleaning as it started to rust. when i wan to remove them its very hard to unscrew the two alan screw so i use abit strength and i manage to remove the right side 2 n on the left side i only manage to remove one and the other its still stuck in side n the hole of the for the insertion of alan key gone out of shape so now how can i remove it and where can i get a replace of the screw??

Hey Pal,

For this kind cases U Should try to Force it out by using a long nose piller, open it anti-clock wise directions by place the tip at the edge of the bolt, suspect that the inner parts of the bolt is rusted already and it's stuck in between the threads, oil it a lil' spary some WD40 or what not, Try Firmly twisting method, that would jiggle the bolt a lil' bit, then Work ur way around it dude...

Oh Yeah For parts u can approach KS motorcycle (along Jln Besar) opposite Regina ....

 

Good Luck, & please have adult Supervision while Handling with tools....
