Did you said you already have an I-ConII?? It is already an Air-Fuel Controller like PCIII. Both item allows rider to change the settings. Cannot have both as it is stupiak. Please do read up first before attempting something. It is so dangerous and wasteful (money) if you do not know what you are doing.

http://www.suzuki-gladius.net/ whats the gladius about? haha, new bikes?

It was released last year, i think. Gladius is a good bike. A lot of people damned the biked because of its performance. Its V engine, sure to have good fuel consumption.

Can anyone advise me wat is the average mileage for stock gsr 400 n also wat is the pressure for the front n rear tyre?

Depends on your style of riding and mods on the bike. I would say 19km/l to 23km/l. 250kpi front and 250kpi (with pillion) / 290kpi (no pillion). My style is 250kpi front and 290kpi rear (with or without) heheheh

i agree with u man. and fc also depends on traffic conditions. last time i ride via heavy traffic, jams, and junctions, etc.. fc was 19 - 20km/l. now everyday ride elong ECP.. light traffic, constant speed. its about 22- 23km/l! haha.

anyway any specific reason u keep ur rear psi higher than ur front tire? i keep mine 260 front/rear.

One reason and one reason only....when korner SYOK! Hehehhe anyway it keeps the tire to wear evenly as in Singapore you travel straight most of the time.

Wah, got a lot of new blood/fresh meat joining in!

I think bro Ivikarazi may have type it in reversed bymistake. With pillion, or any other additional weight at the back for that matter, the rear tyre needs to be inflated more.

Refer to the manual for the correct tyre pressure. Your chain guard should also have a sticker that tells u how much air pressure to pump. I would gladly take a picture of that sticker for reference, but i dun have my bike parked next to my bed right now.

:D

Suzuki GSR service manual? Where to get? Online have?

Google up GSR 600 service manual and u can find the link.

But, since i'm in a helpful mood, i shall post the link here:

http://www.scribd.com/doc/7344894/GSR600-Service-Manual-Eng-Vanaf-2006?bcsi_scan_31299AF6BF590075=z1m6O1T12/Z7+9fdKmSQJtKNzTwHAAAAIRVEJQ==

Before u mention that the link is for GSR 600 and u are riding a 400; let me tell u first that u cant find the 400 service manual anywhere.

The GSR 600 service manual is good enough, both bikes are almost identical, the engine and some cosmetic differences being the only difference.

Many.....most...... no ALL of us riding the 400 use this service manual. :D

And before u or any other riders ask what the difference between 400 and 600. Pls google up.

But again, i dunno why i'm being so helpful today, here is a link:

http://wikiwiki.jp/gsr/?400%A4%C8600%A4%CE%B0%E3%A4%A4

YES, i know its Japanese. So use your favourite online text/web translator to make it readable for u. Google Translate, Babelfish, etc, etc....

:D

Just booked a bright red GSR, damn NICE!

Welcome to the club bro! when will u be riding her out? Plate no? Ex owner maybe someone we know here.

hehe.

Actually there is a hard copy manual for 400... Just that it's in japanese :p

I think u refering to the user manual that comes when u buy the bike. The service manual is more detailed and includes instructions on how to take apart your engine ans valve clearance tolerances.

What sprockets are u all using?

Those AFAM, ISA, Vortex high performance sprockets are made of aluminium right, meaning they don't last so long? Are there steel sprockets for street use? Any recommendations?

Chain for gsr400 is size 520 right, but does the chain come in different lengths (as in different no. of links)? Which length should we use?
