run in to Melaka la.. faster n will make ur engine smoother too..

 

ah gui will wait for you so no worries u will be left behind at 80km/h..

 

seriously.. run in your 800 in a day better for your engine...

 

so get it today.. than see u tmr at KFC...

today oso dunno can get anot... just now call, left number plate not up.

 

i'm not worried about running in cos i work far enough so running in is fast. just take a longer route n got time, go for rounding, in no time will clock 5k km...

 

wats the running in sequence har??

FOR ME....

 

1st run in 800 - change engine oil & Oil filter

2nd from 1500 - change Engine Oil

3rd 3000 - change Engine Oil & Oil Filter

last complete at 5000 - Change Engine Oil...

 

tats how i run in for my Honda and Suzuki

this is how i do my running in n planned to do e running in for e next 4k km...

 

i juz reached my 1k km mark last nite...

anyway...

 

i already ordered my fully synthetic engine oil and my iridium spark plugs, 4 sets, for my 5k km change...

 

haha....

i ordered this set of german fully synthetic engine oil and iridium spark plugs...

 

one set consists of one bottle of fully synthetic engine oil n one iridium spark plug...

 

so GSR will need 4sets... since we gonna change oil filter too at 5k km ma..

 

one set costs me $28...

 

total is $112...

 

think i should get it cheaper at $100-$110 since im a regular at that shop...

although i'm not a GSR rider, i hope the below info will be helpful to any u here.

i did mine 1st @ 50km, cos i using dyno break-in method.

after tat is every 500km mark.

-50km

-500km

-1000km

-1500km

all tis while using mineral oil & oil filter for every oil change.

 

-2000km onwards using SEMI.
