Hi Guys wanna ask qns again... Where do you all put the IU Unit? Mine is put at the handle bar top left cramp it is sort of like blocking the view of half of the instrument panel. Was wondering if u all have the same problem. And the clatch cable is also like in the middle of the panel. is this normal or i am just being paranoid. Frankly i can;t see the panel cept for the speed and the RPM Meter reading from 8 onwards...

U guys have any idea where i could get those Star Shaped Allen for removing the screws on the brakes? I intend to replace my brake pads later this evening. Goin down to ah boy. Any ideas??

Its a Torx tool.

And you dun need it to remove the brake pads.

You can just remove the rear spring plate and slide out the old pads. Need to push the piston in before your can slide in the new pads.

Otherwise, if you want to take off the whole caliper, you need a size 12-14 (need to confirm the size) socket wrench. Get one that can give maximum leverage. T-wrenches is not good enough.

Loosen the bolt which attaches the caliper to the fork.

 

DON'T open the Torx screw. That will disassemble the whole caliper and leak out all the brake fluid.

I have contacted the organizers. Unfortunately, the tickets for bulk discount have to be purchased at the Orchard Towers office during office hours (not open on Saturdays). So, everybody please add your contact numbers into the list to contact for payment. I need to request for someone's assistance to go purchase the tickets once all cash collected. Purchase have to be made by Friday (before 31st). So let's quickly move on this.
