strip off one part by one part and see if the sound goes away...

if you strip until only the frame left then its definitely the frame thats vibrating

 

Wah lau .... so troublesome, have to unscrew and take off part by part ... I suggest using duct tape or our always trusted Army black tape to secure any loose ends ... so next in camp remember to buy lots of black tape and then tape watever parts you think is causing the vibration sound:D ... your bike will be mummified with black tape... one of a kind in Singapore road!!! A black mummified GSR... be the next Masked rider in Singapore!

The braking sound is normal as per confirmation with my frenz

 

I also did the same check as you e.g. putting one hand on the IU, lever, mirror and even slider.

still dunno where it came from.

 

however the sound came from the front... raidiator? haha...

 

how abt ur front number plate? if it was mount under the headlight, it the only loose piece that i can think off.

when i ride at higher than 4k rpm, there's a vibrating sound. it's not the IU. What other parts could be possible?

 

quite irritating to hear the vibrating sound.

 

remove your engine, that should solve your problem...

 

if you find that troublesome, go for a x-ray... maybe your joints are loose...

By the way, where do you all put the alarm main unit? It is said that it is very sensitive towards heat ...

 

The only place I can think of is under the seat, but it is very near the engine and thus heat built up will fry the unit. So where did you guys put your main unit?

it's time for me to change my air filter.

 

looking to get a better lobang for stock filters. anyone need to change soon can get the filters together for a cheaper price. wanna stock up for a spare one also can add your name to the list.
