perhaps you could try explaining d real reason behind the smoke.. like you mentioned whereby excessive smoke was because of days of disused, not from speeding.. that could help.. but the letter you must write convincing enough.. then perhaps they could lift the summon and ask you to send bike for inspection.. that'll be betta ryte?

iTS QUITE Distractin wen a bike produces too much smoke..
Then by all means ride behind/beside a lorry/bus/van that produces black smoke..:cheeky:

but then if everyday like tt, quite troublesome rite..need to wait for some time b4 moving off for e dae...

You do that also there's a high chance they will send you letter..Coz they judge it by just lookin at it and not measurin it with some kinda machine/gadget..A little to some may mean alot to others..So its up to lady luck..

 

You rev and rev before movin off..The residents in the neighbourhood will complain of noise pollution..:cheeky:

its also irritating coz e smell stick to ur clothes too...

esp those sch kids came back from sch after playing P.E, soccer, basketball....:faint:

 

btw can ask why young ppl cant complain? does being old gives u e licence to complain? no hard feelings bro, juz curious..:thumb:

LOL.. true , filthy smell of a bus when kids came back from school.. It's not young ppl can't complain but being too petty is so typical.. no hard feelings to those whom complains alot... :)

guys can help me? i just receive a fine from NEA for excessive smoke and on dat day i was about to change my block and piston cos got problem...den i still got receipt showing dat day i just change the part so any idea how to write in???

Just tell them what you think they should know..Concise and straight forward..Then ask them to show you a 2 stroke bike that doesn't give out (much) white smoke..If they can't show one to you then ask them how much is too much..:cheeky:

forward them a copy of the receipt and the shop's contact number. high chance they will waive off the offense.

ya it true dat 2 stroke bike sure got smoke but if i ask them to show me 1 without smoke den i will be asking for trouble sia...anyway goverment sectors always win wan la...if not wher they get money...haiz...

i just email them but they say will call me if they say cannot waive den lidat better stop the production of 2 stroke bike if not more rider will kena FINE for white smoke tio bo...stupid NEA...i wonder they really have the video they say they got record on my bike anot leh...

Last time my colleague aldo kanna fine for white smoke. He appeal but fail, they even invite him go down watch video if don't believe. I suppose they really have the video.

pay ur fines if u kanna.. u are lan lan for 1 year if u get 2b 2stroke bike.. i after 1 year immediately change to 4 stroke liao because i kanna 2 times because of smoke.. 2 times i fuk NEA but no use.. still lan lan
