while you are at it, why not check if your coolant hose are still in good condition. it might be more cost effective to do both at the same time.

When touring, its usually the rider that give way first before the bike itself.

got box got tour.

I dont think you need to change your top gasket unless your EO leaking and there's a burning smell everytime you ride (due to the gaskets being burnt because of overheating). Better reconfirm with another mechanic.

Call up NEA or if not, there's a company handling chemical waste called 'Chem solv".

The thermostat lets hot coolant to be flowed to the radiatior for cooling. Without the thermostat, the coolant will be free to flow to the radiator dosnt matter if its hot or cold.

i think you may be leaking coolant somewhere. do get it checked. may be due to the old age of the rubber hose

yes......and oso service my fork (change oil) as well.

Servicing the fork cost abt 90 to 150. So the replacement of radiator is abt 200 to 250. Wow, it's really quite a sum...

temperature sensor might give false alarm... (*check wiring)

check if radiator fan ON when threshold temperature reach. check sealing or leakage. check radiator, worst come to worst choke in radiator (*very unlikely) can try flushing coolant through inlet and check the outlet.

bike is a machine without soul, rider would inject new life and character to this machine

Is it a chiong radiator? An OEM one costs more than 500. Anyway, for my coolant leak issues, I went to Ah Pek and used his sealant. Cost me less than 100bucks. :)

Hi

My Ver S recently keep overheating. Main radiator tank no water, have to fill it up almost everyday. But my spare tank is full. Even after i drain it out and leave it half full, after moving for half a day, it will become full again.

Any bro got any clue? Is the spare tank supposed to be full??

Tks
