take a jazz/city idsi/ old gen vios/ latio and drive it the same way as you drive a matrix, mazda3, impreza ts, chevy optra.

trust me, there will be great difference in fuel consumption.

yeah. drove optra for a few days when my ride was in the workshop.

but the ride is quite firm and stable.

don't really like the heavy steering though.

prefer typical jap-type, maybe i am just lazy.

yours is diesel powered somemore. really save alot on fuel.

what cars have you droven before?

mazda 3 is really very slow to pick up speed, you really have to hit the accelerator to get it moving.

other than that, the rear cabin space is pathetic.

you must be driving alot on the expressway or going quite slow.

what is your rim size?

average speed on the expressway and normal roads?

my colleague is getting ard 9+km/l.

Slow down abit, smell the air and enjoy the scenery.

Caught the touring bug once again!

i drive honda esi, hunydai sonata, lancer glx, now madza 3..

ya bad point is a bit slow in pickup, i drive 50 highway/50 nornal, the rear cabin is not small, look at the sit, is longer then any 1.6 car, for the people at the back to sit better...

hyundai avante is quite a powerful and fuel efficient car, correct me if im wrong. i like its design, interior/exterior despite its make. hyundai is a good car anyway.

Mazda3 cannot be termed as the M3. The true blue M3 is a sports coupe/ convertible from the BMW family.

I love the Honda Jazz/Fit, but I will not pay that kind of price for a small car.

Yamaha RD125LC

Yamaha RD350F2 and Subaru J10

Nissan Pulsar K1

Nissan Sunny 1.5A EX

Nissan Sunny 1.6A EX and Honda Super Four VTEC II

Honda Super Four VTEC II and Toyota Wish 1.8X

Toyota Wish 1.8X and Kia Picanto 1.1M

Where's the Honda FD civic 1.6?

Well in this range I picked the Lancer EX because it has the most refreshed and agressive looking design, at least from the front. Well a lot of cars in the range are already beginning to age, such as the fit/jazz, mazda 3, altis etc

my friend was driving a latio, but complaining since then, saying the FC is quite bad for a 1.5. quite 'compact' also.

in the process of getting 2B...
