Has anybody seen this paintwork on the streets? Does it look good?

Or anybody has any pics to share, pics from honda's website can be misleading :giddy:. Professional photographer with good lighting can produce awesome results.

Yes K= kelvin colour temp.

IF u r not using HID then those tinted one that change the colour of the yellow bulb only.

The brightest H4 55/60w bulb is Philips Vision Plus. So far I have not seen any H4 halogen bulb brighter than this. Those tinted bulb, how can it be brighter than those not tinted? I cannot understand....

well, sorry that i did not get my facts correct...

logically, i understand what you mean... but you can go to motorworld and they have all the philips bulbs there.. you can see for yourself which is the brightest...

thought some of the bulbs are tinted with blue.. but the light produce is white and not bluish...

in this case seeing is believing for me...

1. tinted bulbs can be brighter than non-tinted bulbs.

2. bulbs tinted blue (or anyother colour) can produce white light.

to understand the principles and concepts behind it, one got to understand the colour spectrum of light (hence, the colours that make up white light) and the frequencies of various light (remember the colours of the rainbow?). you can try tinting bulbs with all sorts of colour to get white light, as long as you know the original/natural colour of the light emitting from it - which is usually dependant on the gas used, then you will know what colours to eliminate or add.

dun want to get too technical :cheeky: but the above 2 statements are possible.

i like the s4 cb1300 boldor version though, looks better with the fairing, cos spec3 with that big fairing may look a tiny bit small. but who will buy a 1300 s4 in singapore?? might as well go with a 600cc or 1000cc gao liao.

I know one moderator of SBF rides a new FZ CB1300 Bol'Dor.

We exchange bikes on NSH before... it feels EXACTLY like a CB750 in terms of riding feel (of course more power).

Never seen a seocnd one though. Any one else rode one?

actually. so far think only seen him riding the cb1300 super bol'dor before, no one else (or maybe i'm riding out on the roads often enough).

imho (no :bouncefire: please), the cb1300 super bol'dor is nicer than the cb400 version. the cb400 seems too light weight and a little neither-here-nor-there kinda feel to it.

Interesting ... how's the headlight? It looks somewhat smaller than a normal S4. Is it very bright? How does it compare with other S4s and does the windshield help make riding at high speed more comfortable?

brightness is decent and windshield offers some protection otherwise, everthing else is the same
