my fren used to ride ybr, no offense, but when choosing a bike, he advised me against ybr cos

1) stock parts spoil easily

2) no power

so.. ya.. just my 2cents.

I feel it is funny that we ask the top speed for both these 2 bikes.Basically these 2 bikes is to take u from Point A to Point B.For people buying these type of bikes(Communter Bike),those factors to take consideration/notice is 1)Save Money?, 2)Maintance, 3)Spare Part? and Save Money,Save Money. Top speed dun really come into as the No 1 priority.

Presently,i own 3 bikes,1)Suzuki GN 125, 2)Honda Nighthawk 250 and 3)Honda Super 4. Used to own DR 650 for 5 years. The reason for me to buy such bikes is to save money. Not top speed. If top speed is my No 1 priority,i will buy a Fazer 1000 or Honda Hornet 900 now. No 1 priority is save money.

Must know what u want, what type of bike u want. And what is your priority.

Something interesting, 2 YBRs on world tour from Argentina, will be dropping by Singapore.

http://www.tavooo.com/

touring the world.

that would be something i would like to do before the day i die.

start from singapore... then head on to malaysia - thailand - india - europe - africa ...

then take a relaxing cruise over the north atlantic for a few months. catch me a few live tunas. That will probably make me swear off the canned version for a while. then ...

Brazin - S America - N America - Canada - Alaska - Russia - China - Japan.

That will probably take a few years, superbike or no. one can probably go around the world in 80 days, but 80 lifetimes will not be enough to truly enjoy it.

Bajaj Pulsar 180 - UG3 (2007 - )

Suzuki GSXR-400 (2008 - 2009)

Piaggio Vespa GT 200L (2009 - 2011)

Yamaha YBX 125 (2010 - )

Yamaha FZ S1 '05 (2011 - )
