hi! ask u guys ar, zx6r n r6, how is their FC n which one u prefer?

 

the r6 switches on its reserve light at 210-220 (can hit 240) if u know how to take care of fuel economy. its reserve can last u 50-55km which means total abt 270km.

 

Im not really sure abt the zx6r FC. but if u vary the bikes of same cc, the FC will not actually be much of a big diff. in fact, it will last u at least 200km w/o reserve for most 600cc bikes. a fact that kawa bikes is that, parts are hard to find(due to the small community of kawa riders) and the insurance damn ex. but i can tell u that the kawa has a lotta power.

true enuff bro. i too was asked y i didnt go for the r1 instead when i bot the r6. simple maths. r6 means less insurance, less road tax, save up on tires by at least $10 (180-190 diff) and even thou FC nt much comparable, i still save a lot by 20-30km everytime!!!an r1 switches on its reserve lite at 175-180 while the r6 switches it an xtra 40km or so..

considering the inflation n i normally use the bike (meaning i dun have transport bike, a 600c a betta choice)..

 

and in sg, we dun realli need the power, even track bikes are usually the 600/750cc bikes.. but its good to own a 1000 when u go touring..u need the power ...

As for rider group, we call ourselved Sengkang Ryders coz most of us stay Sengkang. We have frenly bikers from Pasir Ris, Tampines even as far as Telok Blangah.

 

We do meetup occasionally and planning a Kota Tinggi Road Trip on March 8.

Basically, a 1 day trip up to Kota Tinggi. Move off at 630 via 1st link.

Have breakfast at Jb town before heading to Kota Tinggi Waterfalls(60-80km away).

Etd: 0900

Eta: 1100

Spend the entire day at Kota Tinggi waterfall theme park (RM9/person).

Shopping at the bazaar near Kota Tinggi before heading home via 1st link in the evening.

 

Spending : SGD 50 shld be just nice.
