need help

Hi guys i don know i post the right place a not? I got a problem with my s4, when i turn on the bike the needle go half round and come back, if i m not wrong i think is normal, but when i start the bike the needle does the same thing, so guys is it normal or somewhere with the bike is faulty...

This may indicate your battery is going to say byebye, better replace asap

Is it the batt or the rectifiler?

it's usually a symptom of weak battery or battery not holding enough charge.

 

ride your bike around maybe at around 4-5rpm for a while and try again.

 

alternatively, you can use a multimeter to test your battery and when it's charging.

 

iirc rectifier is a common problem with the old VerS but the symptoms are different from a weak battery.

just went to check the bike batt on my own using volt meter it shows 12.56DCV without charging but went rev it goes up to 13.5 to 13.6DCV
