Link in Japanese but it highlights all the new parts.

I think it also has a clear tail light lens, best addition is the gear indicator.

Its always, "Which tyre is good on WET?" Why not ask, "Which road is good when WET?"

Hello, I bought a cb400 revo 2008 3 weeks ago. It has 12k km on it .

It works perfectly until I serviced the bike. I change engine oil with Lucas 20w50. Change original air filter and oil filter to K&N filter.

After 500km riding, I noticed the engine make a weird sound.

I checked the 4 pipes and noticed that one cyinder is overheated. It's 30% hotter than other 3 cylinder.

Other than that, the bike is working properly.

My bike is running with 4 NGK iridium spark plug.

What should I do?

Any warranty for this used bike from the bikeshop?

Otherwise file a claim against lemon law, send your bike in for top gasket overhaul then claim back the shop.

I bought the bike from a previous user. So there are no guarantee.

I use 3m injecter cleaner to clean my bike 's fuel inkecter.

It seems to work. The temperature of the second cylinder is reduced from the last time I mesure.

I will continue 3m with one more tank.

From your comments, engine will make strange noise if it isn't firing on all 4 cylinders. Check the work you did when changing the spark plugs, make sure the leads are connected properly & the plugs gaps are correct.

Just another idea - the cylinders have seperate drain points for cylinders 1&2 and 3&4. Could there be an air lock in the cooling system? I would drain the old coolant, this will help you see if the two sides have the same amount of coolant in them. Re-fill with motorcycle engine ice coolant if available.

This video may help http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHGUwQgnzEw although he fails to drain both sides of the cylinders. His bike is spec III but your spec iv is almost the same. It does differ mainly when disconnecting the fuel tank. There are two breather pipes on the righthand side to disconnect & the fuel pipe. The fuel pipe has a rubber locking piece to remove by pulling downwards on the tab, then the clip can be compressed allowing the fuel pipe to be pulled off. Disconnect the fuel pump connector and then pull the tank backwards off the two front rubber mounts.

DON'T attempt this unless you are confident in motorcycle maintenance & take great care - Fuel is VERY inflammable.
