HELP!!! Kenna Bang by car.

I was riding with 9 other friends, 6 bikes total. Riding back home from changi village supper. Two subaru wrx came up behind us.

 

As i was last man, i picked up my speed to the front to inform our leader to let them pass. One of the drivers took it as i was challenging them. When i stopped at the next traffic light, both cars managed to stop behind me, with my group further behind. I moved off slowly in hopes of rejoining my convoy.

 

However, one car kept tailgating me and the other went to my front and started swerving left right. They tried to sandwich me a couple of times which i merely escaped by braking and accelerating at times. As i could not slow down and was to pick up speed constantly, i quickly headed for the expressway in hopes of blending into the traffic.

 

As i was on the acceleration lane to the highway, one of the car tried to sandwich me while i was slightly leaned over. I was afraid to go on the road shoulder as it had alot of rocks. So out of desperation i kicked the side door of the car. Immediately the car let up some space but at the same time the passenger and driver of the vehicle became very agitated, winded down the window and scolded vulgarities at me. I avoided looking at them and sped up onto the road shoulder once it was no longer in a curve.

 

I tried to blend in the traffic by quickly moving to the rightmost lane and then travel beside a large vehicle. However i saw the same car coming very quickly from the left, accelerating very quickly.

 

I made my way back toward the road shoulder trying to slow down and eventually stop. However the car had followed me all the way and now continued to tailgate me. I did not dare to slow down as the vehicle made very loud noises from its turbo and i felt that my life was very threathened.

 

Hence i quickly took an exit. Whilst i was making my exit from the H'way i felt a bump from the back of my vehicle and i crashed and fell unconcious.

This incident was part witnessed by 9 of my friends and one of them took down the registration plate number of one of the two subaru wrx.

 

I have just been discharged from the hospital for a day and have an appointment to make a statement at TP tmr. Can anyone give me some advice or tell me the chances of getting justice?

Get a lawyer and whack the bugger... the driver does not deserve to be on the road.

 

Did he stop to help? Don't think so... make sure he compensates you for all he is worth and for all the damages you sustained. You could have lost your life!

My friends saw both cars sandwhich and swerve. Only, one saw the car take same exit as me, when he u turn to the exit(he take wrong one), i alr lying on the floor.

Just state what you remember and be truthful... Don't let the IO instigate you unnecessarily and make you admit anything which you may not be true or right. Frankly get a lawyer soon so that he can advice you...

Law student, no point.... make a police report, draw a simple map of what happen and put down the witnesses contacet number, names.. after that.. engaged a lawyer and bring a copy of the police report to him for action. the rest is up to the lawyer and once its settle with a compensation i hope, he will then call you. but i have to say the settlement may take a year or a year half.

I agree. 125 also wanna disturb. Low life those drivers. But it would be good if you could get the police report out soon. Hopefully the stupid car substain some damanges also so when they send for repairs the police can also narrow the trace.

Stupid drivers. At least for SURE i know that driver when caught will be charge with hit and run.
