i have another question. If every morning i need to trottle to warm up the bike, what could be the reasons behind it? Gunhead, pls help

my bike can travel about 150Km ~ 160km full tank.

my bike is only less then

 

the throttle in the morning is due to overhead cam + valve tappet.

 

in order to adjust u need to open the upper head block

 

i have done overhaul

 

why not rather then just asking, i suggest you see the behind few pages. It has many pictures and prices and contribution by me on overhauls.

anyway, nothing to be proud of my bike since i have done twice overhaul

 

because i hate yamaha engines

 

yamaha engine quality is poor especially on crankshaft bearing and crankshaft balancer and overhead camshaft and auto clutch system

 

good bye yamaha

 

i will not support yamaha anymore

 

however, i still love my bike and this is what i have and i will live with it

it seems most of the clutch parts for yamaha lagenda or yamaha spark z 110cc cannot find in singapore

 

so i emailed yamaha hong leong malaysia for help

they sent me this email

malaysia tyres less choice

 

unless Duro, IRC, dunlop and Maxxis for tubeless

 

 

Singapore has wider choice with michelin and bridgestone for tubeless

 

so i suggest just fix in singapore

 

take note: malaysia tyres are expensive due to import tax and exsais tax by gov.

 

so when u pay in SGD or RM it has same amount in notes

 

due to that FOR TYRES JUST GET AND FIX IN SINGAPORE

get Duro brand in Msia

DUNLOP TT900 MADE IN THAILAND

 

msia and spore market proven to have fake tyre....... not real from dunlop factory
