anyway is it possible for our wave... to put side boxes? can still pillion after put side box???

I think you need a touring bike.

Day 6 FS for NR77S.

The tyres are very stable through the corners. Every time I hit the same road, I tried to go lower each time. Now left 3/4 inch of chicken strips. No hint of skidding when banking over.

One thing I realised... this tyres need some minutes of warm up before it becomes sticky and once cool down, the tyres becomes slippery. It behaves like track tyres, which worries me what will happened in the wet? More slippery than normal NR77? ...which is bad enough for wet weather. So far, no contact with wet roads yet.

ya LO if put those side box which are like rectangular breifcase kind i dun think will affect much squeezing ability.. haha... well... anyone knows where to get and wad's da price?

no bro musha i dun need touring bike.. all i need is my wave haha... must make full use of it capabilities!

and abt ur tyres im waiting for ur review on wet roads... cuz thats the most impt to me... i everytime v sway one.. wanna move off then start raining.. -.-... so im like on wet roads at least 50% of the time..

but the reviews u given on the warming up sounds like last time the BT090 i used on my aprilia... needs some km(S) to warm up if not it wont be sticky... on wet roads the BT090 is not that sticky oso... corners will skid abit but on my aprilia able to easily pull it back to stop the skid.. if on wave.. im not sure liao haha...

maybe its better to spend abt 60bucks more on bt39? cuz till now i find it really gd and it doesnt skid even cornering during wet surface... :) just my 2 cents hehe

Saw quite a few Waves with side box. Look like MG ammo box. I think those kind make no difference in your 'squeezing' ability.

I still doubt it. ;p

all tires need to warm up befoer having its optimum grip... especially track tires... bt090 should be grippy in hot weather though... i used it on my s4 be4, it makes the bike easier to turn and also grippy... if i'm not wrong... compared to class2 tires, its in the middle of bt003(track) and bt016(street/track)...

given singapore weather... i'll stick with bt39... it works when it rains... and even better when it doesnt...

BT39 is pretty good in the wet. For now, no review on my NR77S in the wet. Never had a chance to ride in the rain yet. Stay tuned...

But BT39 is almost twice the price of NR77S... :(

Oh ya, one more thing about NR77S - the side walls are much thinner than. So it will be good for those who really like to kup corners.

usually la... usually..... race tires perform quite bad in the wet... street or touring tires are e ones that perform much better in the wet.... and since wave is a tpt bike... i think for a higher price for overall grip... bt39 is a more appopriate choice.... HOWEVER, there is still a small chance it(IRC) might be good.... for example, my diablo corsa 3 which is a street/track tires suck in the wet totally.... who noes, this IRC might perform fine in the wet.... but i hardly think so...

I agree with you. Just don't know how this NR77S will fare in the wet. Still no chance to ride them in the wet yet. :)
