care to share what u learnt?

S***L is of lower octane level claimed. It pinks the high-rev'd or forced induction engines which other petrol companies do not have this issue, even our very own **C.

Don't ask me for prove, it is just what I have learnt.

Hmm..... To me, it works the other way round. I pump shell because its feels much smoother on my bikes. Esso has this rough feel like.. makes my wave handlebars bounce more than usual when idling. haha!

For some, there's therapy. The rest, they have Motorcycles.

Shell is rough for me.

Esso is as smooth as a baby's bottom.

I still pump shell...

maybe time for me to down grade to 95...

hi... just got my wave s 125cc today, try out this bike at 80km/h and above feeling powerless like dragging like that is true? is it meant to be like that? curious speedo indicates top speed at 160km/h, but only like 90km/h bike like strenghtless den feels lots of vibration on the trottle grip. cuz never ride such small cc bike b4 so would like to know frm u guys here?

80km/h shouldn't be dragging feeling yet.

after 90km/h (half throttle) then it will feel like dragging.

80km/h should be around 20% throttle.

Wave top speed is 110(flat) 120 (gentle slope)

wat bike u ride before? but if u compare with s4 or smth..... yar.. wave @ 80km/h has quite abit of vibrations....

i am not toking about exhaust now...i am toking about inspection...

Yes, I know you are talking about the 3rd year inspection (or did I mistaken? :p).

If the aftermarket exhaust is compliant, there is no need to wait for the inspection b4 installing the exhaust. They are separate inspections anyway.

Sorry ah... :cheeky: All of us just very anxious to see and hear this LTA compliant exhaust on the Wave.

If u are pitting the Wave with the Spark135, then forget it. The spark is a faster kup. And being a 4-stroke 125cc kup, it is powerless for that matter of fact.

Don't trust the speedo, it is (1) not accurate, (2) no way to touch 160 in stock form and (3) wouldn't be stable at 160kmh. The meter says 160kmh is not saying it is the bike has a top speed of 160kmh.

just be patient about it...i am working so does the person importing the pipe for me...i need to arrange to pick up the pipe and arrange another date to install + inspection...

inspection wise the person must go with me to cordinate with LTA side becos they are the experts with all the supporting documents etc...it's quite complicated as this is the 1st in SG!

oh yah! the endcan guwakzai got is wat brand ah? if can legalised would better. but best of all is mod engine and carb think should be more powerful den having a aftermarket endcan. any idea for a top overhaul for our bike will cost how much outside like sgp and jb? dunno which one better price and quality job? anyone mod engine b4 here? mind to share wats the consumption after mod, will it consume very high? cuz really not used to the power for this small cc bike compared to my the other big bike.
