Val, be it Koon's or madman's cosmetic products, theyre all from Thailand. I believe whatever Madman can bring in, Koon can; and vice versa. The only credible reason for inclining towards Koon's products are that they come with installation, but after a fee of course.

ya, going to make calls to collect money liao...that windshield is not meant to fit on stock headlights...have to fix with those HD stlye headlight set one...

 

but probable you can mod it a little to make it fit? Still want?

 

the handlebar, whiteknight one is the thin one if i not wrong...i have stock for that.

I kinda have to agree with yas for the installation part... what sets Koon apart is his installation service.. like its a one-stop (but not so hassle-free) centre.

 

However, I definately believe Madman has the capability to bring in more unique mods and accessories than Koon. Not to mention, Madman is here on SBF, listening to the needs of the consumers!

 

Personally, i have no preferences. But choice is always good for the consumers! *Recalls the Starhub advertisments for when it first entered the sg telco market*

koon and me are serving for different purposes lah...he does it for a living...I'm not. I'm doing this as it's my passion in the 1st place...

 

It's the lack of accessories for phantom that prompted me to do this...I started doing this so I can get a chio chio bike modded up, due to lack of items in SG.

 

I actually asked koon to do this when I first started, he say he not interested and all...so...erm...just wanna do what he is doing. Now....???

 

Anyway, I'm working with my thai counterpart in setting up a garage here. So, it'll be different by then...going to get a specialist in modding to come over. So will have no fight...wahahaa

even with specialist or professor in modding, it will not transform a made in thailand bike to a wcc or hd. it's not that i am against this idea, there's a limit that one can mod and even it crosses the threshold, it will still be 'made in thailand'. and there's a huge difference between the 'modding' in phantom and the true 'modding'/ aka custom work. that's my opinion.

Gotta agree with you. OCC bikes are custom designed & built, not modded.

Neway, those are all show bikes. Doubt anyone will use them for day-to-day commuting. Even for biker meetups in USA, many of the riders will tow their bikes with a trailer to the location.

everyone got to start somewhere mah...OCC is not built up to be like this in a day...they din start with alot of custom built stuffs too, majority also buy here and there then build one leh...
