anyone encounter such problem like.. u finish paying installments for ur bike, but u still cant xfer the vehicle becos the motorshop nv pay e finance company so they dont allow ur bike to xfer ownership..

And tis matter doesnt concern LTA or anything. so quite hard to settle..

Even e boss of shop dun gib a damn...

 

my question is how to deal wit such case? Is there any legal actions i can take?

how long it takes to settle?

 

all bro of SBF pls help out.. also pls include any number to contact anyone whom is good in dealing such case.

in the meanwhile unorthodox methods can exsist such as hlping the shop publicise its working procedures

CASE is just a toothless tiger. it's NOT a public/govt sector, although the head of CASE is a MP.

 

if u complain to CASE, most probably it will write a persuasive letter to the bikeshop to ask the boss not to bully u and transfer the bike to u. if the boss bochup the letter, then CASE may advise u to find a lawyer to fight the case urself.

 

CASE is just a mediator between consumers and sellers. CASE has no legal right and it does not act as law enforcer.

No shops would ever want to do such a thing (I think). However, if the police has been brought into the picture, and yet they are still not afraid. It could be the shop themselves are facing financial difficulties.

 

The other option is to bring to CASE the financial company. The reason being is that the shop owes the money to the financial company. It is a debt between the two companies. You are a third innocent party and should not be made to bear the dispute between the two shops. Hope this offer you an alternative solution.

Dats why we buyer r always losing end..

we pay installment every mth, if late payment kana late interest etc.

everything we pay.. when we clear installment, they still dun wan let go e bike.. dun u tink its so ridiculous? for everyone info.. tis thingy has been dragging since Sept07.. until today e boss still bochup..

i dun mind saying out the shop, its at Ubi.. *Superbike* .. just beside S1 Motoring..

anyway e bike involving in tis installment is small bike, and 1small bike they no $ pay finance company? damm disgraceful .... maybe they use e installment for their own things... nv xpect we wan to sell off e bike so soon after clearing installment.

this is the so called govt lawyer while i was doing research the other time.. cos they cap their salary to $10000 per yr, if u r under 21 most likely u wouldnt have problem wif it..
