i change my rear brake hose to those type stainless steel one . i think no brand one lah. after changing my rear brake padal there become soft ,need to step hard to brake . is it normal ? the brake hose got colourful screw head one .i c a lot of krr and rxz change one .is it not suitable for s4?

u using Hel brake cables & its still spongy ?

no HEl or goodridge brake hoses are good!

stock brake hoses are rubber pvc constructed etc....

that's where the spongey feeling comes in as when you apply

pressure line lines expand

have seen a few hoses break due to excessive pressure applied

whereas for HEL/Goodridge

steel braided construction eliminates the the "spongey-ness" in

the brakes but of cos if you're lead footed (meaning you like to jam brake) then

braking style must be changed to avoid locking the rims
