my comments on viewty.

 

the camera flash don't have a permanent switch on, only auto.

Ringtone, Mp3 the quality compare to walkman phone is not gd.

handwriting recognition is useless, stylus also no use...

will lag a bit when memory card gt a lot of things.

battery life short.

 

other than that, the phone is gd enough for me. oh and my phone spoilt in a month, went to the service center, the first time they say software, the 2nd time they say hardware. Once they change the hardware, So far so gd..

life is precious. :thumb:

Well, you cant compare viewty with walkman phone i can say. And remember to do the Touchpad Calibaration :angel:

how does one know the picture is taken recently??

 

every time i wan to copy the picture i need to copy the whole folder instead of one recent picture!!

was calling some airlines number, they ask me to press 1 for english, i was like holycrap, there is no number one:giddy:

you have to unlock the key lock..

then press for keypad

hi all thinking of getting viewty for its powerful cam and video and of course large screen :)

 

but rely alot on calendar funtion to store reminder so my concern is can store how many reminders and how many words can be type for each reminder ... im curently on sony ericsson

 

awaiting any advice

One of the biggest dissapointments of the ViewTy is that there is no official support for custom themes. Not yet, or not ever? :(

 

It was a tough choice between the KS20 and ViewTy, but end up I told my girl she didn't need a powderful PDA phone. Touchscreen is unfortunately not as sensitive as the iPhone too.

Haha, I just hacked my Viewty yesterday. Now got over 50 themes inside my phone, not to mention flash games and all...good phone to hack. Like modding PSP. Thumbs up for mods! Last phone I hacked this much was the NGAGE QD.

 

DOesn't matter if warranty don't cover coz I got this phone for free. :thumb:
