Hi all,i've downloaded a few video files via torrents.Some have subtitle files with SRT format.How to include this file when burning/encode to DVD?I'm using Nero BTW.

I need to know:

 

1. Whether you want the subtitles hard-stamped on the video itself

(it isn't removeable if you do)

 

2. Whether you want the subtitles to be included into the video side-by-side, so that the viewer has the option to turn it on/off as and when he/she chooses.

I need to know:

The 2nd mode.Someting u see on the normal DVDs where u can choose the subtitles.

Dropped bike twice, in 1.01 and SP.

I remember pulling my hair out trying to get Nero to insert subtitles into my video.

If I remember correctly, it can only extract it out, not put it (burn) into a DVD.

normally what I do, what I ripped/downloaded, just burn them all into the disc so its all covered ;) even the indian movies I've just watched on my come has the choice of choosing Bengali or english as subtitle :p
