yep.. made a template first then bent it to shape.. and.. thats the easy part.. haha.. the putty filling and sanding is a major pain in the a$$ man...

i saw the template on the CC&D forum.. i drew it out but i have no idea how the mounting fits... it looks like the pegs would be higher up rather than further away.

juz check out CCND forum. juz wondering if any of you guys tried the fork extension? looks interestion but wun it make the front less forgiving in terms of shock absorption?

yeah its gonna compress the spring more.. but if u ridden a dragstar b4, u'd know that the front suspension is quite soft.. the travel for our forks is in quite a big range. the mod isnt exactly about lengthening the forks.. the fork "lengthens" in a sense that when u sit on it, the bike doesnt dip as much. thats where u get the feel of a "lengthened" front... i'll be trying it out.. my front needs a push up.. lol..

tank exentsions are being painted as i speak.. the pics u gonna see are those which the tank is jus primered.. buffed the primer with a 800 grit sandpaper... u can see the glaze on the surface...

no probs man but i think i got it figured out... it's tilted up a little only but more further foward right... but now the thing is entending the gear shift rod... since it's not straight anymore, the tilt would make gear changing impossible right? haha i don't know la i can't think out of the box! i'm free almost any night.. just gimme a ring when you're free and i'll see if i can make it as well...

u attempting the fork mod?? haha.. was gonna go buy raw materials.. but seems like hardware shops are closed today. tank is done... jus the minor touch ups now.. will be posting a pic soon.

i bought the PVC pipes liao.. hmmm they sell 25mm and 20mm... 25mm is arnd 1.4inches like that on the outer diameter.. 20mm seems closer to 1inch so i got it.. also i heard that it was supposed to be abt 12inches long... but after holding a 12 inch long pvc pipe, it feels awfully short. nontheless, i'll try to get the mod done and then i'll post a pic up here... those wondering what mod this it.... it's THIS!

yup. i'm using the copper pipe though.. u'll need to jack yur bike off the ground for this one.. u have a jack wif ya??? if u dun mind, i have one, u can ride over to my side and use it. jus let me know.
