Raptor is the enhanced version of planet. I.e. planet is old, raptor is new.

Cos its an upgrade, so the overall shape is the same, with better feel n looks juz like Gilera runner'06 version.

 

You can purchase new Raptors at Vector One, along Lavender road (directly opposite 219 shop).

As for planet, the only source is 2nd ones.

i saw a new cagiva planet at Mah Motor yesterday .. but they only have one piece left

 

i wonder if anyone has cause to advise anyone against buying a cagiva planet? i thought it looked real cool for a 2b bike, but i am only 1.58m... seems rather big for me? and it is quite ex for a 2b bike.. is it worth it?

There's a 2nd hand Cagiva Planet at CKA HQ at Kaki Bukit.. Condition wise you have to see it for yourself if you want or not.. What i'm told the engine still good..

actually the bike u saw at mah is the new raptor125, which is essentially a renamed planet wit some cosmestic improvements.

i had owned a fs plated planet for 1yr plus le with no major problems.

in compared to other popular thai bikes out there, normal wear and tear parts are expected but would cost alot more to replace & find. other than that it should require no other special attention.

but taking into account all italian bikes are electric started oni, if u had a drained or worn out batt, ur going to have problems starting ur bike.

maintain/replace ur batt regularly & do ur jettings correctly, it should give u not much problems.

The Planet was replaced by the Raptor a while back.

U sure u wanna a Cagiva? I used to ride one and can tell you it's not a bike for someone on a budget. Parts prices are abt the same as a Super4.
