Ur family dinner from wat time till wat time? By the time u go to Jln Kayu, the others will still be there meh? If like that, then those who go to Jln Kayu for dinner after the DIY session will stay there throughout dinner followed by s**per

It has a mixture of stainless and non stainless. But i not sure if they have the type you want. cause that i went the stainless steel ones are limited. you can also try homefix i know they have stainless steel screw but not sure of the type. is the one the IU using self tapping type? if yes then only size matters, if not the self tapping type then you have to know what kind of screw thread they using.

Mine quite bad lah. Like 'rotting' liao. Afraid that with further use with the screwdriver, might damage the screw head then can't unscrew after that.

Nvm lah, if can't find stainless steel ones, then just use normal ones and just change more regularly.

Not sure myself. Gonna unscrew after work later to check it out.

Anyway, thanks for the info. Will check out Mustafa & Homefix when I have the time. All this is bcos my IU is vibrating quite badly lah now. How abt u guys?

I read thru ur stuff..

Mayb u should ground the relay oso to achieve the whole close circuit.

ya i agree that the box is zero resistant cos when current pass thru both speedo n signal will have lights its vice versa u see?

by side u r not wrong 1 relay can s**port 2 lights... y still cannot light **?

I think most likely it is caused by incorrect flasher (was given a 24v one) that was sold to me. I have change the flasher but no time to try again. Will wait till the diy session then see how.

If i were to totally isolate the light from the bike, i will need 2 relay per side(RHS and LHS).

Now I only have 2 piece of relay. I will risk isolating only the positive leg. If really cannot then will have to isolate everything.

My IU screws are still ok, but my right front signal light is loose. Think will get the mechs to tighten for me.

When got time maybe should get locktite on all screws. the loose light is causing lots of vibrations. Hope that the nut dun drop off before i go to the workshop.

If any bros are still interested in the method 1, will hav to wait till next diy already, cause i really no time to try. The next earliest time is maybe sat afternoon, by then too late already.

So if any bros still interested, will organise another diy in the near future when i got the circuit working.

Sorry peeps.

For UG3, where else can u put the IU apart from the handlebar?

Those who bought the Ver 2 from Universal have the IU located under the windshield between the speedometer & tachometer.

does your friend need to modify anything to fit the aprilla's swingarm and fork?

The F.C must be terribly affected too.

But it looks good though

Thanks Bro alex.Btw went to the Bajaj service centre and the mechanic says my exhaust is causing the sound and needs to weld it.cost me $15.since he took out the exhaust, pay them to clean the rust and spray it costing me another $10 and not to include the GST incur together.Luckily small problem and not the engine.
