Just to share :

 

Anyone who have the feeling of no fuel when pick-up throttling around 4k~5k rpm in every gear change. Had to throttle hard over 6k rpm to overcome this.

 

I had this issue for quite sometime, it was temporary solved with carburetor wash.

 

But it came back in 1 week time.

 

Recently went down to UM with problem details and they washed the carb and replaced the diaphragm, so far so good but still monitoring.

Better to be Late then Never....

i surely after 12am one cos im working heehee...

today afternoon nemesis_5k n i went to custom make the diaphragm but no avail cos the rubber manufacturer said the diaphragm too thin to custom make one.

Life Is Never Fair.

know where sells the battlax suitable for our bike the cheapest?

so far heard $150 from mah motors,ryt?

UM offer is $165 ryt?

went to a shop at bt batok,rear one only $125, alil ex ryt...?

one more question...

someone once mentioned of having this problem...

when just started bike,was 1.5k rpm..

den halfway ride,go all the way to 3k rpm..

can the kind bro advice how u overcome the prob?

 

i face the same prob too,but once over 2k rpm, i turn this "screw-thingy" clockwise then the rpm reduce, but when cold start, need to unscrew it clockwise, if not, engine cant idle..

 

ani bro (or sis) noe how to prevent or overcome this problem? need to do tuning isit?
