02 r6 fuel consumption

Hi all, like to check what are the mileage this version of r6 should get for 13 litres of tank (from full tank till the reserve light up)?

 

My current ride getting around 200km for 13 litres. Heard from a few owner quoting to get around 250-280km. Wondering if anyone know what causing the high consumption and resolution if you have faced with similar problem before. Thanks in advance
