can someone enlighten me if my engine block isit something wrong?

2 round circle (dunno the name) each at left and right alittle oily, isit normal or leaking?

and also how to noe the engine start giving problems?

 

radiator is slightly damage by the previous owner, but no coolant leaking, can the hairline damage be repair? will the pressure worsen the damage and become coolant leakage?

Anyone know how much is the Braking rear disc for S4? or anyone have install other brand aftermarket Disc? Since i am changng so might consider upgrade to better disc .

i change to aftermarket rear disc @ $60. brand is akashi flowerpot type.
