hey guys need some advice..

 

my spec 3 when riding for abt 40kms, almost east to west on expressways, after riding for that distance my hand will become numb due to vibrations from my handle bar.

 

at first i thought was my handle grip due to is those type like needle-like sticking out, also thought is the stock balancers faulty. but I juz change to another smooth handle grip + motovation heavy balancers with barend. the vibrations are still there when i ride from paya lebar to tuas today. Travel on PIE straight speed was curising about 110km/h.

 

What could be the possible fault for vibration on handle bar?

wah so cialat ar bro.. even with motovation balancers.. i tot those balancers are suppose to b good?? mayb its juz ur feeling?? coz if ur riding frm 1 end of the island to the other.. ur hand do tend to get numb frm the vibration.. juz my humble opinion..

erm before i changed the balancers it was worst until i have to slow down & release my right hand and do some exercise. after changed still not so bad but exit from expressway traffic light stop then realise still have the numbness on my hand. maybe is i grip on my handle too tight? sianz...

eh? just now also i went to tuas from tampines. twice sumore morning and aftn after lunch. mine same problem also handlebar vibrates, and yeah my fork leaking. the oil all came out.

Eh bro, fancy to bump into u at lab.. Haha..

 

If its only ur hands area that are uncomfortable its mainly balancers, forks.. But the finer things that will affect is also engine oil.. Wen jist change engine oil, its thick thus biek vibrate lesser.. After few hundred clicks it tend to vibrates.. I tried broquet and it reduces engine vibrations and improve mileage abit..

Vibrations on a bike is normal lah bro,(piston going up and down,crankshaft rotating,confirm got vibrations one,unless your riding and electric bike lah)...getting your hands numb while riding is normal also...get BMW handgrips,it will not solve the problem 100% but it will take slightly longer time for you hand to get numb. Changing to heavier balancers will also reduce the vibration.

 

Fork stabilizer will not reduce the vibrations,basically the purpose of it is to reduce flexing of the fork legs while cornering or hard braking.

 

Btw...anyone upz for the Johor Bikemeet gathering?...

i ask towbroz to send for me.. BUT.. recently my fren call them to enquire for bike inspection they quote him $180 stating that now its abit hard to undertable bla bla bla.. but u can check with them la.. last yr i only pay 60 bux everything in.. they got 2 no.. 90619948 & 90608860..

Sorry guys to those who tried calling me or sms me, I lost the key to my locker, and the locker has all my belongings, wallet, keys, laptop, hp etc... So basically I stayed at my workplace from yesterday.

 

The person in-charge of the keys is on Leave, just retrieve everything back just now. Paid $60 for the key, its a different kind of key..
