i did ask unity motor the cost to tune n they told me arnd $300..they change the injection pin...so wats the diff...i jst quite blur bout injection pin n ur way of tuning..if nt im really intrested in urs...

u kena smoke bomb liao...... after reading the above u will understand need to do or not

 

The $300 i think using those expensive dynojet machines. I think good for those who very hardcore hobbyist who install lots of aftermarket parts. Increase jet size.... change exhaust....blah...

 

For normal not so heavy tune bikes, i using this method loh. Anyway cost is abt $180 to order in from england, after u tune a few times urself, the $$ u can earn back liao.

 

I haven tune other bikes b4 except mine, but if u not fussy i can try out on ur bike.....but u must remove ur fuel tank, and also u must not **** me.....

eeeer......1 more thing i must add, i dun do these for a living ah, i still have a day job. These are all my hobby which i learn to do in my free time 1. Cos tulan with shops which charge very high for such simple job. Unless they provide some additional special service then i dun mind

i dnt mind u doing it for as long u knw wat ur doing coz u knw everyone treat their bike like their wife..hehe..

so u saying that wat u r doing is the same as the shop lah...

of cos my bikey is like my wife lah, after bikeshop anyhow touch & screwup i also tulan.

 

Yes, same, but of course i dun provide special service like dismantle & wash carb. I dun have pressure jet hard to wash it. Tat 1 no choice have to go shop

How frequent do you REALLY need to balance the carbs? I am also thinking of ordering from Morgan. Do you also use colortune?

 

I have only just read about Carbtune. Never did anything to my carb since purchased 5years ago - now 60,000 km.

for honda maybe u can check with boonsiew, they might say forever no need to tune attach below is from my service manual. Anyway i follow back my manual recommended 10,000km & do, so far so good. But if u intent to sell away soon then of course no need to bother so much lah. Just hack care cos its troublesome.

We are located at Blk 1039 Eunos ave 3 #01-104.

Our charges for servicing and tuning of carbs for super 4/vtec is $60.

may i know wat u get do to tunning? Do u setting the main and pilot jet too?

seems like unique are the only 1 doing its customers a favour by providing valuable info.....

main jets, Float Needle valve and Carb. mounting rubber how much u charge...?

 

think mine abot wear and tear liao.. thinking of changing it together when tuning..

Main jet & float needle valve: $15 each

Carb. mounting rubber $12 each.

Don't worry, when you send your bike in for carb. servicing & tuning, our mechanic will check for you. Replace only those that had already wear and tear so you don't need to spend unnecessary money replacing those that are still working well.

I'm searching for a reliable workshop for my Spec 2. Went to 1 shop @ Alxendra & had been with them for quite some time. However, find out that they cheat me by selling a recycled KNN air filter for a brand new one. Very disappointed> Never again to go there. Will inform all my friends too.

actually there's a saying that it is actually easier to cheat a friend than a stranger.....this being that since u have trust in them, u are actually thinking that they won't cheat on u....but it seems otherwise

excuse me Unique how much do you charge for installation of s4vtec steering cone? just installation cos my friend got give me his new one which he bought and never got to install in the end.
