Hi bros, long hiatus from TD. 2 months I think. Went down to Resort to check it out for a while. Think is it jazky working there? There got one singer with ponytail abit siao but funny lah, sing like crap, then one guy buy flower for him and take the mic and pass to the female singer. In the end, I think the guy buy about 3-4 flowers.

 

By the way, might find myself working in a TD as waiter. Any feedback as to this? Whats the pay like and job scope apart from serving drink and washing cup?

ya me working in resort... i am the one who is in a black tee without the crew or security wording behind my back.. they dont regard me as staff cos i am an outsider of the thai disco i small fry nia... everytime boss scold me one.. very sad life like no childhood past

TD waitor must posesses

 

 

Eagle's Eye (Observant)

Look at the right things... Waitor are hired to look at customer's drinks and order not the live band or GRO.

Customer wave at a distance u must notice... cos sometime customer is enjoying the music then sway their hands in the air like they calling for waitor..then go there wasted trip

Waitor must have marksmanship so they dont spill drinks or pour drinks into wrong cup.

 

Iron Legs

As operations is from 8pm - 5am. you have to stand and walk all the time.. when business are goods, can walked a total of at least 7 - 8 KM per nights.

 

Woman Sixth Sense

Must know what is happening later? A fight going to start soon then inform security eariler.

customer about to leave.. no need to top up mixtures.. cos afterwards need to clear it up also..

 

Octopus Mind and Hand(Multi Tasking)

actually no la... live band every night sing same song, same performance, u see also sian.. dont say see la.. hear also dont want to hear..

 

anyway also must depends on which TD u working...

That time I went, was quite surprised, out of all the TD I go so far, only that place check IC. But the guy friendly la, smile smile then ask politely whether can see IC. Not like DXO, or Zouk or MoS, ask you for you IC and look at you like you owe them money like that.

Never heard of TD checking on IC~ new ruling~?
