I have not change to BT090 yet. Will be changing to BT090 after my malacca trip. After tat, It's track session at PG time....

 

I think I be going down to HKL to change tyres rather than Planet....

If you read the manual the standard plugs is CR9EK, hotter plug use CR8EK and colder plug CR10EK. Please do not go any lower than CR8EK.

Make sure ure rear shock n front suspension is being set up for track use. Should me a bit hard.... Make sure U have full gear b4 U go down.

 

Etc, Full suit or 2 piece suit, full face, glooves and boots. Dun push ureself too much on d track. Reduce ure tyres PSI. Do not push too much on ure bike for d 1st to 5th laps. Play hard on 6th - 9th laps, cos at tat time, ure tyres is fully warm up....
