The SS brake hose is cheap leh, Ah Boy mechanic change for you?? You change the pump kit already, need a c-clip extractor for the job, I have taken off mine to clean so I know.

 

Today I did some work on my bandit as well, change four jet needle, $9 ea from KS and clean the carb at the same (carb cleaner $5 from Mah). Change a new condenser, $3 bought at Mah, because after change to the gsxr400 signal light it blink too fast, now ok.

$9 per jet needle, total $36 (4pcs req, one for each carb) The needle jet more expensive $20 ea, 4pcs will be $80.

 

I bought the jet needle because its worn, can see shiny part, already hopefully after change will improve fuel consumption.

FQ plate....but its ok lah..frm shop mah....besides i like the colour...black red...then i got no choice oso...lan lan mus take frm the shop./....bike will be out either tue or wed....

No problem dude I can keep it for my next coolant change. The redline waterwetter is good, after using it on my B4 found the fan take longer to turn on as compare to before.

Xiao_Di have you change your coolant on your RVF before?? Or you know how to 'tia' fairing and 'Yiu Tang' ?? If not we can slowly 'tia' down your RVF bit by bit to find where is the reserve bottle and the coolant drain plug.

Front tyre 29psi rear 33psi (solo) and 36psi (dual). Not sure how much are the wheel bearing, can check with KS. Or can change at HKL saw the mech changing the wheel bearing on a Super4 once.

 

To confirm if its the wheel bearing, put the bike on main stand, lift the front/rear wheel off the ground and spin the wheel to see if its smooth.
