It's newer than normal bandit, outlook is so much better,

more powerful, and most importantly, I like it

i guess i would agree on the outlook but more powerful? i guess ponies r not a good measure. most of the older bandit riders like our bike for something basic i guess but i def wont be speaking for sky as his is pretty modded

 

itz just the enjoyment of the ride. u might say we r the bo lui s4 riders but i've grown to like my 400 (when she's working that is!). hopefully she doesnt die on me again.

 

for yr 400v, try joe as he's interested in selling his 400v. itz still looking sweet when i saw him on her the other day at the traffic light

To avoid unecessary conflict, I shall reserve my comments to myself.

 

Like u said, watever it is, the most important is tat u like it.

No point riding a big show-bike but feeling uncomfortable n uneasy. (no flame intended)

I'm the type who go for comfort rather than the look.

 

By the way, there are 2 bandits(not bandit V) selling on singnet classified.

i stop by the side of the road to wait, then saw a red bandit plate 587 (?) and thought its one of you guys, follow until the money changer n lost him. went to the shell station opp the police station, waited no ppl. in the end went caltex pump petrol, wait a while still no ppl, i return sg.

Alamak! I know who u were talking abt. That wasnt one of us lah!

 

We were later than him so we had to wait by the side of the road(prob after u left). After Joe came out, we went ard to look for u, first at $$ changer, after which we topped up petrol at 2nd shell hoping u were there. Still no luck then onwards to the first shell, on the way looking at the castrol station. Joe then decides to tell us that u top up only caltex! alamak! by that time, i think u were long gone.

Yesterday was a bad case of not making prior plans n poor communication.

 

U were the first to clear the m'sia custom, we waited after the msia custom. We know u left before us, so we waited for the group to get together n we proceed to the money changer, den few of us went to 1st SHELL to find u, and the rest went to 2nd SHELL.

Then we gather at 2nd SHELL n make a U-turn , passing by CALTEX(which we din see u there).

Went back to 1st SHELL, hoping to find u there, but no avail.

So in the end we went for kopi at a nearby makan place.

Left JB at 2am.

By the way the bandit that was posted in the hardware forum is not a v model...it's a grey import bandit which comes with dual front discs...

got quite a few models for this bandit actually....

 

I agree with joe about the bandit vs Super4(what ever version)...

if you go over haul ur bandit engine....do abit of settings/jettings....

can fly man.....thats wat my fren did to his FL plate bandit....

But from what GuanHoe said about bandit and bandit v....

he says the v model is better....i asked him, he just keep saying the engine is much better....not problematic....and the longer you run the better it gets...Rite Joe??

actually at sg custom, when you were behind me, i wanted to ask you where to regroup after jb custom cos there is always a problem of splitting up but didnt get a chance. you guys were talking abt the money changer near 1st shell, so tot you guys going to go there. some more that red bandit ride like waiting for me to catch up so i tot its one of you guys which i had missed. really paiseh...

 

btw, what's the normal speed you guys traveled on the expressway, i was maintaining 100 but seems to me than you guys cant follow up? therefore i got to slow down and let one of you to lead.
