i just strike a deal today for the stock underseat exhaust of a CBR600RR...

seller delivered today too...its gonna be a mad mad mods on this bandit...i have so much more to add...but the pocket are not able to tolerate the spending no more...do maintaince 1st...

the underseat exhaust just delivered by the kind seller...it will take awhile for this mod...need to recover from loss of mony...

pipe change to under seat? isn't it modification of an exhaust pipe even though its a legal pipe but for a different make. still $500 or more rite?

the pipe i bought is the muffler goes all the way down till the area where your rear brake reservoir is...i will be using the stock bandit header...i will trim at the section near the mainstand...then i what i had in mind is to make it like a slip on...so the stock can still be fitted in...for the underseat exhaust,i need that extra joints that will look like an L' shape...

i need to check at sengkwang how much he charge..if its too costly,i just do a very unprofessional job at JB,but will still work...

 

I thought i want to search for cagiva mito rear tail section if best..cbr600rr...but the main concern is the capital...need to spend as little as possible...will source for used stuff...initially,if the option above are not at hand,will just use the bandit stock rear tail...will remove the tailight for the underseat exhaust to sit...will hunt for LED tailight that is just a little like the CBR600RR..or i think i did saw LED clear tailight that looks just like it somewhere near LAB...that will work too..

 

 

will be looking for a used aprillia front fender too...

I really love your creativity. For me I only customised a super4 bellypan to fit onto my bike and sawed off the ugly mudguard. Next I wanna put a GPR pipe but that's after I fix all the leaks!

Hmmm....sounds yummy... where do you get all these parts from? I can't find any website that sells bandit 400 parts and talks about modifications. Any recomendations?

will do...i need to search for cagiva or other made rear tail that best suits the underseat exhaust...but the problem is the bandit tailheight from the rear wheel is not fantastic...even after jack up the linkage still not that high...unless i change swingarm...that would be too madness and costly...

 

i just bought the sonic headlite and chain today....change to a cheapo chain to test if the cranky sound will go away...but indeed,its gone...woohoo...now going down to fix the headlite..but sucky,the lens crack before even fitting...can get replacement...unless buy new one again...sigh....will post the pict of the headlite once i got it fix...stay tuned...

i wanted to get a bigger suzy to do the mod actually...but considering i have another 2 big cc babies,so the best choice is the bandit 4...since insurance and rd tax easy to swallow..

 

but if i have the chance,i will go for the SV650 or B1200...

Ya the height is not good at all, in most of the underseat exhaust mods I've seen done in the UK, the exhaust system pipes have to be routed out along the side of the bike.

Hahaha, you are looking in all the wrong places. Alot of people in the UK play around with the 400cc bandit as it is a very popular bike over there. But in the USA, there are a few faithful followers of the GSXRR400, and since both use a similar engine, some mods are interchangeable. Hehehe, like big bore kits from Canton, Ohio.

i just fixed the sonic headlite...but now suddenly feel like i don't like what i am doing to the bike...feel like i am overdoing it...what's more saw a fellow CB4 with the same healite.. ..but if use the round headlite,almost 80% cb4 riders use round headlite...

 

can help me poll?stock round headlite or this cartoon headlite?

if u use the headlight u shouldnt use the drz front signal lights

quite like it after u put the stickerz, but it would be nicer if the head light is like the one sup4 using, some thing like the rxz ones.
