alright, thanks bro

bro take note for bandit u might wanna check the suspension linkage and all the bearings.. might be worn out especially if the previous owner never change it b4. that is the most important part of the bike to have check by the mech,...next is the radiator and of cos the engine... as for mod part u can go to online stores such as banditmania or some other online shops to buy those aftermarket stuffs...but prepare to have your packet burn a hole..heheh

actually most bandit are gonna reach their second COE in a few years time. are you gonna keep it for long or just use it to transit to a class2 bike?

if just holding on for a short term, i think no point spending so much money to pimp it up. make sure all parts and engine no problem most important.

ok i will take note of that haha. my coe expires in 2014 actually, still have about 4 more plus years, im still in school so need some form of transport... just wondering for banditmania, are the stuff there suitable for the bandit 400? cos i see most are like for 600cc and above man....

I wont use it to transit to a class2 bike, altho someday i wanna own a gsxr 1000

some stuff can be use on the 400 and there r stuff for the 400 and yes u r rite majority of the stuff in banditmania r for the 600 and 1200... since ur bike still have another 4 yrs i will advise u to spend some $$ on a gud rear shock as the original rear shock for bandit really cannot make it. and save some $$ for misc stuffs..

i agree wif u bro... if u gonna keep the bike long than by all means pimp it up if not just change those necessary parts e.g the rear shock..

Yes stanco saw alot of pictures of this bike with inverted fork but is it possible to fix it on to a 400? is there an aftermarket fork to fit on it? or it is from other version/model of bike? cause not only that i too wanted to fit in new sets of rims.

those are bandit 400 what... since others can do it, surely you can do it too. just that the money spend and time/effort put in might not be justify. according to other forum, i know one of them are using gsxr 750 fork.

if you want, you can read more about it here.

as for the rim, i have got no idea about it.

bro u can try to fix wif the gsxr400 p model... just that the yoke u have to get from somewhere.. most of the parts that u wanna do can be done but the problem is that not many shops in SG r willing to do it. and the parts majority u can get them via online. for the rear there r alot of those overseas riders r using the bandit 600 or bandit 1200.. but like i say it requries a lot of work and parts are not easily found here. maybe u can try those scrap yards or there is a guy here selling scrap parts. anyway gud luck.
