Got some problems for this month meet up...

I got course to attend for the Youth Olympic Games cause

i'll be the LTA Rider for the month of the YOG..

Plus end of the month is my reservist... haiz... sian... :cry:

hey mat sp,

 

u mentioned that u r using the bardahloil rite. Which one r u using? the fully synthetic or semi? cos when i went to a shop they say my bike cannot use fully cos its an old bike

i use semi. previous owner told me he used semi, silkolene brand. so i just continue. no engine prob so far...

Looking forward to mod my shock but it will takes time...

just change my air filter to K&N it feels superb n have good acceleration..

 

btw saw datsunking at Compass point... haha.. he park his bike behind me

Hi bandit riders

 

anyone here riding a bandit 650s?

 

Might be interested in the bike cause saw 2 pieces of the bike just now. FBA plate going for $8.5K and FZ plate for $7.5K.

 

What are the common problems of the bike? and anything to look out for when buying?

actually its in the market already but for a new one it cost $110..

only 1 shop sell it... but forget the name of the shop its near Mustapha Center..

The model of the K&N Air Filter is KN-133...

But i bought it 2nd hand from Hassan (Suzuki Agent) cause

there's a guy just sell his Bandit

but i don't know who's the guy la...

He sold it off for just $50 which is only been use for 1 month...

still so cheap? i heard from a few shop, they said increased to $700+ liao. anyway i tried starting it earlier on and it works. hopefully is just a case of cold start?

did not know price went up so high liow, you may wan to get a used one from scrap yard if it really died, but how long its going to last is questionable.

 

The bandit400 CDI is prone to fail when it age.

yup! a lot of older riders i met always comment that bandit is a robust bike except for the cdi. then those shop i ask about the cdi from always tell me if cdi spoil, might be more worth it to change bike.

bro maybe it's ur spark... mine also like data.. but after changing can start normally.

any chances of a weak battery? i haven't been riding around much for the past one month since my holiday.

 

Just measure with a voltmeter to see if its a weak batt.
