(Ask Me or IL4 and we'll tell u more... ) personal conflict?? wat personal conflict?? since we're labelled as groupies and SS, we'll disband our group and look at those who pointed a finger at us point 4 fingers back to themselves... we'll look at how they accuse us of being groupies and they themselves take part in threads filled wif groupies and how they embark to set up or support yet another biggest group coming up... Touring group...

NOW this is wat i would say DOUBLE standard...

U know whts the diff between the supposedly upcoming tourses section differ from u guys SECRET SOCIETY? Tourers section is made VISIBLE to public where ppl share information about legal issues, bike shop contacts, breakdown services, customs in countries up north. Its USEFUL & BENEFICIAL to the whole SBF members and its VISIBLE.

Not some invisible group tht stay behind the screen and talk about things without them knowing.

BTW FYI there will be no tourers section... get ur info right man....

Kenneth ;)

Yet again i implore u to read carefully... when did i say there'll be a tourers section?

Define Secret Society. Can the Mods section be classified as secret society juz becoz ppl can't see wat they say inside?? Is the Phantom knights secret society becoz no one can see wat they say inside too??? Is the female section a secret society becoz males cannot peep into it?? You've seen wat it is inside the barks and yet time and again u've labelled us SS...

Ok lets rest the matter once and for all. Just to clear things up a little. Calling ur group of barksters were not initiated by me. Someone mention the word secret society and at the spur of the moment i just couldnt agree more.

So if in anyway i had offended ur group of barksters, i render my apology here. If u guys r still dissatisfied with an apology, PM me a time and a place so we can meet up & make friends. Coffee on me as an apology. Pls do by PM and not let the inoocent BANDIT CLUB members suffer due to our differences. I am sure all the members here welcome u guys here for construtive comments and information but not a flaming ground to resolve personal differences.

Thank you.

PS: From now onwards i will not reply to non constructive replis to this thread anymore. This is to prevent continuing flooding of this thread with unnecesary information.

I wonder why one simple oil filter can generate so much replies. One kena chop, dunno. The others, trying to tell him in diplomatic way, he dun get it. So round and round the bush. Let me summarise the whole thing.

- Oil Filter

Buy from Suzuki agent, Guan Hoe, if more expensive. Lan lan. Cos confirm original. People wun risk so many years of business for an extra few dollars margin. Spend extra for peace of mind.

Buy from non-agent, or so called distributors. If about same price, so be it. But make sure u do ur checks. Those who are in the know will know how to look out for an original oil filter. If slightly cheaper, then maybe still ok, but again, do your checks.

But if you buy from a distributor, $5 more than the local agent. Then whether the filter is original or not, confirm YOU HAVE BEEN CHOPPED.

Then should be posting here to warn others, and not to encourage people go buy.

Simple right? Hehehe..

Its like someone letting you into his house , and he gets slapped on the face and insulted...then the perpertrator apologises to him claiming it was somebody else fault.

A man must take responisblity for his words.

So You claim that someone else say something and you "in the spur of the moment" agrees, Sounds like you are a groupie to me.

So who is the person who said so?

At the spur of the moment you agree la, joining in the fun at the spur of the moment la? Shiok or not? So how do you feel now? Can share to make this forum a better place for everyone to learn?

If you didn't "in the spur of the moment", you need not have to apologise now. See what you brought yourself into.

Oh now this place is for constructive comments and information to be shared la, not for flaming ground to resolve personal differences, then you mean other threads can flame la? Just like what you said regarding barks as SS inside OFFTOPIC?

Oh yes I think everyone wants to know who that "someone" is. Please reply ASAP as time is running out for you.

hi all. thought of getting a bandit. Any commend for GSF400N model?

Bandit 400 is an old bike.

Ask yurself a few questions first.

1) what is yur budget ?

2) are u prepared to fork out some money for wear n tear repairs?

3) how long do u intend to ride the bike?

4) are u power/speed thirsty?

Maybe the above questions can help u make a better decision.

Yah lah, 33 initiate the group lah, I'm just part of it, go and adjust chain n take pictures only.... :D

I agree wif joekia, and yes, we had a lot of good fun... :thumb:

by the way, where are the rest of the guys like 33, Keith, Telemark, Rogerfork?

Fate's bike is taken over by riDerz, the big guy who went on the 'Ultimate Trunk Road' ride with me.

And the noisy Cobra exhaust is with Skybono.

I guess AJ is still addicted to his Wave1000.

what is the common problem for the GSF400N model? beside wear and tear?

U might have noticed a few common discussions here:

1) CDI

2) water in the spark plug area

3) engine gasket leaking

4) clutch/throttle cable

5) timing chain tensioner

6) coolant/radiator related hose

7) rusty fuel tank (inside n outside)

8) clutch/brake level

9) suspension (front n rear)

Sorry I can't answer your question directly, these are the more common problems and they are usually due to wear n tear.
