ok, just for u bono.

my bill came up to abt $165

things that were changed.

1) air filter

2) Radiator tubes

3) engine cam cover gasket

4) cam cover

5) fork oil + oil seal

6) valve clearance

U changed the whole cam cover? ? ?

Anyway, $165 is cheap, the fork oil/seal change is easily $80-90.

As we all know, bandit is an old bike, perhaps u wan to start asking around for 2nd hands ones first.

U can approach Guan How for help, sometimes they can get 2nd hands stuffs. :thumb:

I dunno how much is a brand new one. :sorry:

Yo skybono where u get ur belly pan... i have been looking for 1 for my bandit400... where u connect the belly pan to? below like nothing to suppoort leh...

Hi datsunking. I bought my belly pan at Biketech 21. The belly pan

is connected by brackets specially made for this. Quite

ingenious I must say. If you look at the below part of you engine

you will notice that there are two holes on each side. Here is where they put

the bolt and nut to support the bracket that supports the belly

pan.

I got a set of SBS 597 front brake pads for $25 from Freddy just behind and got Hassan to fix it in for me. Now the baby is purring just fine. I tried the stunt u talked abt bro but even aftert shutting the throttle for a while and cruisng on free gear, the engine still wont die man.

Thanks rocketman..

It does not matter on the absolute weight. It depends on how long you

hold it.

If we carry our burdens all the time, sooner or later, we will not be able to carry on as the burden becoming increasingly heavier.

I can feel your pain of losing it unwillingly.

Which shop is responsible for it? So we will avoid that shop.

Perhaps u should have gone to Guan Hoe, tunning/setting can be done in a day.

Den again, it's gone already.....

Deepest condolence... :sorry:
